Role: Mid Integrated Designer 
Location: South Africa (Remote until further notice)

A little bit about the Client and team you'll be working with: 

Our global business is growing fast. And we're on the hunt for crazy talented humans.  

We have a great opportunity for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to work within a new team, to assist our team in delivering best-in-class, digital focused & highly creative campaigns for a variety of our high-profile brands.  

You will be developing engaging visual communications for a mix of digital campaigns, websites, social media, digital activations, and print. You together with the creative team will work on a multitude of diverse projects from design through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand. The work will predominantly be for B2B clients, and there will be some data entry requirement as part of the role. 

You'll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 5 years' experience upward. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.  

Our team will work across the following, but not limited to:  

Digital Marketing  Social Content    Adaptations/Translations   Commercialising Media  Product and campaign assets   Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content. 

What you'll be doing in the role:  

Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on creation, and implementation. Show strong integrated design thinking for print, web, digital and social content and advertising. Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects. Implement existing brand guidelines on projects. Develop and deliver video content/edits.  The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative. Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings. Keeping up to date with current design trends.  Understand what makes GREAT content  

What you'll need for the role: 

High energy and a passion for ideas and craft.  Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies. Brand identity and campaign identities as real working experience. Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus. A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution. Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects. A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design. You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography. A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships. An eye for consistency and ability to integrate brand specific visual design elements across all communication channels. Develop your professional skills daily. 

Good to have:  

Multi-market experience. Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
