Senior Angular Developer (Contract) – Hybrid | Johannesburg or Cape Town

Are you an experienced Senior Angular Developer looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications that make an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Angular-based applications with clean, reusable code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Influence architecture decisions and implement best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Integrate front-end solutions with backend APIs and services.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years in front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design.
  • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Jira, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and micro-frontend architecture.
  • Previous mentoring experience.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
