seasoned Change Manager

What you'll do:

  • Lead all change management activities, from strategy to execution.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Design practical toolkits: communications, stakeholder maps, feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive engagement and adoption across students, staff, and leadership.
  • Coach senior leaders to act as change sponsors and champions.
  • Integrate change activities into project plans and report on progress and risks.
  • Develop training and support plans to ensure effective platform use.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years in professional change leadership (3+ years in a lead role).
  • Practitioner-level certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • Proven experience in large, complex technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in higher education or public sector is a plus.
