Automotive Warranty Clerk

• Experience with Warranty and Service Plans.
• At least 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership.
• Working knowledge of Automate, CMS, Evolve or similar.
• The ability to upsell and meet workshop targets.
• Must be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
• A stable work history.
• Contactable references.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
• Clear criminal record.
• Results Driven Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
• Attention to detail Working with people (Team player)
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills. Achieving results, and driving business growth, responsible for a well-known Dealership.
