Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Durban. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging prospective members, conducting sales tours, and achieving membership sales targets. The role involves providing excellent customer service, building relationships with members and prospective members, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of club services and amenities. The Sales Associate will also handle administrative tasks related to membership sales and assist in promoting club events and activities.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Administrative skills and proficiency in using sales management systems
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
