The Role: Financial Controller

As our
Financial Controller
, you'll lead the full accounting and reporting function for multiple South African entities. You'll manage a team of Financial Accountants and Junior Accountants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    monthly management accounts
    , reconciliations, and IFRS reporting.
  • Drive
    budgeting, forecasting
    , and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with
    tax, VAT
    , and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead
    internal and external audits
    , SOX controls, and BBBEE reporting.
  • Manage
    team performance
    , mentoring, and resource planning.

What We're Looking For

  • BCom Finance
    or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced
    Excel
    skills; experience with
    Navision/Dynamics
    is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, high-performance environment
