Role Description
We are looking for an account manager to manage an account, the role involves managing daily content and media operations, serving as the primary point of contact with the client, participating in strategy meetings, providing content reports, and overseeing community management, presenting new content, managing output from the team to meet the clients needs and general delivrables
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clear communication and understanding of the client's requirements. The role necessitates adaptability, flexibility, and energy to achieve shared objectives with our client, needs to be able to work with a team and manage the flow of work within a team, being able to priotize and maintain communications is vital.
Qualifications
This role demands not only technical expertise in digital media but also a strategic mindset to anticipate trends and audience behaviors. Digital Accounts Manager is expected to dive into creative brainstorming to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, while also ensuring content integrates seamlessly with the client's overarching vision. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be vital, along with a commitment to elevating the brand's digital presence through innovative strategies and meticulous execution.
Develop and execute a media and content strategy to support football and commercial goals.
Oversee a team across Social Media, Content, Community, Website management, and produce impactful and timely content.
Understand, develop, and enhance the club's brand voice to align with trends.
Your daily actions will be measured and reflected by the amount of growth across the digital platforms. Follower growth is the currency.
Oversee robust planning and workflow management across teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery.
