We are Hiring

Our beauty Spa on our Estate are seeking for a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Parlor Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, with a solid background in providing a range of beauty treatments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a relaxing, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as:
    • Facials
    • Hair removal (waxing, threading, etc.)
    • Manicures and pedicures
    • Massages
    • Skin treatments
    • Eyebrow and eyelash treatments
    • Basic hairstyling or hair treatments (if applicable)
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms, tools, and workstations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Upsell beauty products and services where appropriate.
  • Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a beauty therapist or similar role.
  • Relevant qualification or certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology.
  • Strong knowledge of skin and body care treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • High standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of holistic therapies (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology) is a plus.
  • Sales experience in beauty products.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
