Key Responsibilities
:


• Promote and sell AVBOB funeral insurance products in line with company policies and regulatory standards


• Conduct client needs assessments and provide appropriate product recommendations


• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships


• Actively identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads


• Maintain accurate administrative, compliance, and reporting documentation


• Achieve set sales targets and performance expectations

Candidate Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential


• Proven sales experience (insurance experience advantageous)


• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-engagement abilities


• Professional conduct and a performance-driven mindset


• Ability to work independently and within a structured environment
