Each Resort offers a variety of accommodation types (superior rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, villas/chalets) and an extensive range of facilities: restaurants, zen pools, spa, fitness center, kids' clubs, theaters, and bars — all designed to create an unforgettable guest experience.
You are
- Discreet and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Attentive, providing personalized service to every guest for a unique experience.
- Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail that enhances service quality.
- Responsible and agile, capable of effectively leading a multicultural team.
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., 1Check, PMS).
You will
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting the cleanliness of rooms and public areas (250 to 400 rooms).
- Report any maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering department.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs within the Resort.
- Manage and train a team of 50 to 80 employees, organizing their daily work schedules.
- Lead daily briefings and debriefings with the team.
- Monitor stock levels, identify needs, and process necessary orders.
- Ensure the correct use of automatic cleaning equipment.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets Club Med quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will perform your role with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether it's engaging in conversation, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
