Our client, a prominent and reputable brand; is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Representative: Industrial Coatings. This position will be based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 Years successful previous experience as an External Sales Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous industry knowledge in paint would be beneficial
  • Relevant Sales and Marketing qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the decorative market.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
  • Remain abreast of all new products and competition status.
