Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, journals, and ledgers.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with SARS e-filing and tax legislation.

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income, and cash flow).

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Provide training or mentorship as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance 

  • 3–5 years' relevant accounting experience.

  • Experience with cost accounting

  • Proficient in CaseWare, Pastel Partner, and/or Sage Evolution.

  • Experience with SARS e-filing and payroll.

  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

  • SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA registration – advantageous.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede

  • Hou finansiële rekords akkuraat en op datum (joernale en grootboeke).

  • Bestuur skuldeisers en debiteure prosesse.

  • Hanteer betaalstaat en verseker nakoming met SARS e-filing en belastingwetgewing.

  • Stel maandelikse en jaarlikse finansiële state op (balansstaat, inkomstestaat, en kontantvloei).

  • Help met begrotings, voorspellings, en finansiële analise.

  • Handhaaf en rekonsilieer grootboekrekeninge.

  • Verseker nakoming met rekeningkundige standaarde en interne kontroles.

  • Verskaf opleiding of mentorskap waar nodig.

Minimum Vereistes

  • Diploma of graad in Rekeningkunde / Finansies

  • 3–5 jaar toepaslike werkservaring.

  • Ervaring met kosteberekening

  • Ervaring met CaseWare, Pastel Partner, en/ of Sage Evolution.

  • Kennis van SARS e-filing en betaalstaatverwerking.

  • Gevorderde vaardighede in Excel, Word, en PowerPoint.

  • Registrasie by SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA sal 'n voordeel wees.
