SALES SUPERVISOR (GLASS / BUILDING MATERIALS)


Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

This role is for a natural leader who enjoys coaching people, driving performance, and solving real customer and operational challenges. You'll sit between management, sales, and operations, making things happen.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives

  • Setting targets and tracking performance and KPIs

  • Coaching, mentoring, and addressing underperformance

  • Supporting key accounts and high-value deals

  • Handling complex customer and internal challenges

  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations

  • Working closely with logistics and finance teams

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4–8 years sales experience (glass or building materials preferred)

  • Proven sales leadership experience

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
