Description

  • Processing credit application for new suppliers
  • Loading new suppliers onto the Sage Intact and wheels system
  • Validating purchase order request and processing these
  • Approving invoices by checking validity, accuracy, and completeness
  • On Billing of these approved invoices to Debtors where applicable
  • Checking accuracy and completeness of creditor invoices at month end
  • Reviewing creditor statement reconciliations prepared by the creditors clerk
  • Reviewing monthly expenditure in GL for accuracy and completeness
  • Developing/Identifying efficiencies between the Sage intact and Wheels system and the integration between these systems
  • Assisting in financial audit and BEE Verification annually
  • Reviewing branch Fuel reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant Financial qualification
  • If candidates have come previously from a transport company, reconciling fuel accounts would be great
  • at least 2 years experience
