We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Retail Store Assistant to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient store management.

  • Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Promote and sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
