ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Lebone Paarl Labels, based in Paarl, is currently seeking an independent and motivated individual to take up the role of Accounts Executive to form part of their Sales and Marketing team.

Job Purpose:

The Account Executive will be responsible for all customer service interaction and communication including the coordination of all orders between the customers and the production team from placement of order through to dispatch.

Key Areas of Responsibility:


• Ensure client retention to achieve business targets,


• Ensure the building of strong client relationships and client satisfaction,


• Provide account management services and pro-active communication to all clients,


• Manage jobs to ensure efficient workflow,


• Manage, cultivate, and support healthy working relationships between departments,


• Manage and ensure seamless information flow and relationships with clients,


• Provide solutions to clients based on market and industry segments they operate in.

Skills and Competencies:


• Strong interpersonal skills,


• Good numerical aptitude,


• Analytical and problem solving,


• Planning and organising,


• Negotiation skills.

Requirements:


• A Grade 12 school qualification with mathematics,


• At least 3 years related work experience,


• Relevant working experience as an Accounts Executive would be advantageous,


• Experience in the printing environment is advantageous.
