Regional Finance Manager 
Location: Brits, North West 
Industry: Retail / FMCG
Salary Range: R /R per annum

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a regional finance team
• Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
• Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
• Contribute to stock control and risk management
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications:
  • BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
  • Honours Degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)
• Experience:
  • 7+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Leadership & people management
  • Strategic planning & decision-making
  • Risk management & budgeting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Customer-centric mindset
