Brazilia is a retail shoe company that specializes in selling luxury designer shoes and handbags. We pride ourselves on offering an elegant shopping experience and high-end fashion collections that appeal to our sophisticated clientele. We are seeking a confident, stylish, and sales-driven candidate to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store's luxury image. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience for every client. The successful candidate will also receive commission on the shoes or handbags sold ( which will be discussed in the interview )

Some of the key responsibilities include :

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide expert advice on products, styling, and trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups and clienteling
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain store displays, product presentation, and cleanliness according to brand standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends.
  • Uphold the store's image by maintaining a professional appearance, including appropriate use of makeup and grooming.

Other requirements include :

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, shoes, or accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, elegant, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge of designer brands
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours (weekends and holidays included).
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
