A busy lodge in Hazyview is seeking a motivated and well-presented Junior Duty Manager to join their hospitality team. The ideal candidate has a passion for guest service, strong leadership potential, and a hands-on attitude. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the hotel or lodge management field.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Hospitality qualification advantageous
  • 1–2 years' experience in a hotel or lodge environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Driver's license an advantage
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth running of all departments
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
