Huble Digital is looking for an Information Security and IT Administrator to support our global Information Security and IT Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structured processes, security frameworks, and being the go-to person for all things IT and InfoSec.

You'll support our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, IT systems, asset management, and help rollout new tools and technologies across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support day-to-day information security, data privacy, and quality management activities.
  • Maintain risk registers, incident logs, change records, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with staff IT onboarding/offboarding and device management.
  • Resolve Tier 2/3 technical issues and support IT infrastructure & endpoint security.
  • Conduct IT/security checks, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Help evaluate new technology, test solutions, and support system rollouts.
  • Assist with InfoSec training, awareness, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate third-party vendor assessments and compliance tasks.
  • Support IT and InfoSec projects, change management, and audits.

You will collaborate closely with Martin Oliver (IT Operations & Compliance Manager) and the Business Operations team.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • A qualification in IT, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar.
  • Experience with MacOS, Windows, Google Workspace and Office 365.
  • Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
  • Experience with antivirus/EDR, IAM/PAM, network protocols, and IT support.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
