Position Overview: Overseeing daily panel shop operations, managing & assisting personnel, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and optimizing the production processes in the panel shop to meet targets. Reporting directly to the branch manager

Minimum Experience:
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in managing a panel shop.
  • Experienced in understanding accident damaged quotations & Audatex. 
Minimum Qualification:
  • Grade 12
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid, unendorsed code 8 driver's license.
  • Computer literate: an intermediate level of MS Excel – essential
Specific Role Responsibilities
  • Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating workshop staff
  • Assigning tasks, creating schedules, monitoring performance, and providing training
