Job Purpose
The Data Capturer plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient capture of procurement-related data into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system. This position supports the organization's commitment to streamline data capture processes and optimize operational efficiency. The incumbent will also be required to assist with training new administration staff on D365 and related programs.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Capture and validate vendor and transaction data to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with established standards.
• Keep track of received data and source documents.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and relevant stakeholders to address data capture queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Generate and maintain reconciliations related to data capture activities for management review.
• Provide training and support to staff members in parks and projects on data capture processes as needed. Some travel to parks and projects may be required for training and support as connectivity and capacity improve in remote areas.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies during data capture and storage.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years in the financial sector as a Data Capturer will be advantageous.
• Experience with donor reporting or project management practices.
• Good communicator and ability to build/work with a diverse multi-disciplinary team and, crucially, to always embrace and embody the culture and values of PPF.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Keenness to identify areas for increased efficiency in processes and systems, and ways to improve information available to various stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
