Senior Analytics Translator

Our client, a leader in the alcohol distributionspace, is looking for a Senior Analytics Translator to bridge the gap betweenadvanced analytics teams and business decision -makers. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Product Development: ·       Own and manage the end -to -end lifecycle for aportfolio of analytics products, from opportunity framing to deployment,ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. ·       Drive the definition of product vision androadmap in close collaboration with senior business stakeholders and analyticsleadership. Lead the development of detailed product requirements and specifications,guiding product owners and delivery teams.·         Oversee cross -functional productdevelopment teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, UX Designers) in anagile/lean environment, ensuring alignment with business and user needs. ·       Ensure transparent, structured communicationacross stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, facilitatingprioritization and investment decisions.  Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure the analyticsportfolio remains cutting -edge and value driven. Analytics Product Deployment: ·       Lead cross -functional coordination acrossregions and Heineken markets to drive scalable deployment of analyticssolutions, incorporating structured change management approaches.·       Build and maintain strong relationships withsenior stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure that analyticssolutions are embedded in business processes.·       Guide enablement efforts with customer -facingand functional teams to ensure effective adoption, including design oftraining, communication, and support materials.·        Establish a robust framework for measuringproduct performance across the portfolio, driving continuous improvement andvalue delivery based on user and business feedback Requirements Qualifications and Experience required: ·       BA/MSc in a quantitative related field;equivalent work experience accepted. ·        5+ years in product, analytics, tech, orconsulting roles, including leadership of complex projects or portfolio Essential: ·       Strongstrategic communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence andalign senior stakeholders across functions and regions·       Provenexperience managing a portfolio of analytics or data -driven products withvarying scope and complexity·       Excellentproject and stakeholder management skills, with structured problem -solvingcapabilities·       Abilityto define and execute product strategy and communicate actionable insights totechnical and non - technical audiences·         Experienceleading teams in agile environments (e.g., backlogs, sprints, user stories,iterative design)·       Trackrecord of translating business problems into scalable analytics solutions thatdeliver tangible business value ·        Demonstratedability to drive prioritisation and delivery across multiple concurrentinitiatives, balancing business impact and resource constraints ·        Deepexperience managing full product lifecycles in cross -functional settings  Advantageous skills: ·       Experiencein data analysis, machine learning or related field·       Hands -onexperience in data analysis, machine learning, or relateddisciplines   Experience working in or delivering analyticssolutions within the FMCG sector·       Familiaritywith data platforms, governance principles, and AI/ML product developmentpipelinesApply today and be the driving force behind data -leddecision -making in the alcohol distribution industry
