Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will work on diverse projects for large corporate clients, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native tools to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses.
Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data pipelines and solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts.
Proven ability to work in a consulting or client-facing environment is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production.
Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
Exposure to business domains such as finance, retail, or telecommunications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
