Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Junior Pharmacist
to support daily operations in our fulfillment centres. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ensuring that medications are dispensed accurately, safely, and in compliance with SAPC regulations. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified pharmacist to gain hands-on experience in an
innovative digital health environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately
  dispense medications
  (both OTC and prescription) via our digital platform.
• Review prescriptions
  to ensure legality, safety, and appropriateness before fulfillment.
• Provide
  basic counselling and guidance to patients
  via chat, voice, or in-app communication.
• Work in
  shifts
  to ensure seamless operations between 06:00 AM and 23:00 PM daily.
• Support
  stock management
  : check stock levels, handle shortages, assist in re-ordering and expiry tracking.
• Participate in
  daily cycle counts and inventory audits
  to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure
  compliance with SAPC regulations
  , GMP standards, and company SOPs.
• Collaborate with couriers, operations, and tech teams to improve medication delivery times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
  degree.
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
  or awaiting registration (community service complete or in final stages).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work
  shift-based schedule
  , including weekends and public holidays.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to use
  modern inventory and pharmacy management tools
  .
• Customer-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a
  retail, e-pharmacy, or fulfillment center
  .
• Familiarity with
  pharmacy automation systems
  or mobile app-based services.
• Previous work with
  medication delivery platforms
  or telehealth providers.
