In this pivotal role, you'll shape brand strategy, drive commercial performance, and scale direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of global brand strategy across the company portfolio
  • Define and protect bold brand positioning and storytelling frameworks
  • Drive disruptive international brand launches and campaign rollouts
  • Act as global brand guardian across all markets
  • Lead and develop the international brand team in Cape Town
  • Align brand, design, trade marketing, and sales execution
  • Challenge category norms and push the organisation creatively and strategically
  • Partner directly with the CEO on vision, priorities, and long-term growth

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years' experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles
  • Exceptionally driven with founder-level ownership mentality
  • Strong strategic thinker with creative intuition
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Experience in spirits or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Based in Cape Town with global ambition
