Data and Reporting Administrator required in Johannesburg.

My client in Randburg is looking for an energetic, innovative Data, Reporting, and System Administrator to join their team.

Salary: R12 000 – R18 000 per month depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data integrity, completeness, and accuracy across systems
  • Responsible for will and advisor administration process
  • Responsible for all system processes
  • Responsible for monthly reports – Internal and External
  • Assist management in overseeing company processes
  • Assist management with compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting and processes
  • Excellent computer skills and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office applications, for eg Excel, Word and Access (skills test may be requested to be performed)
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to present large information in an easily useable format and layout.
  • Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills over email, by phone and in person
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, speaking, reading and writing
