Hire Resolve's Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant Manager to join. As an Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CA or ACCA
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
