Job Description
AESG is seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Analyst who is open for an exciting new opportunity to work within AESG's award-winning Sustainability Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a willingness to work across multiple disciplines and industries to drive the market towards more sustainable development.
The successful candidate will form part of AESG's dynamic Sustainability Development department. The role will involve collecting, evaluating, and reporting sustainability data, and helping drive measurable improvements in sustainability performance across projects or operations.
Qualification / Experience
- Support in the delivery of energy advisory and sustainable design consultancy services to AESG's Clients.
- Act as Sustainability Analyst and contribute to the successful execution of Projects.
GENERAL EXPECTANCY
- Recently graduated or entry-level employee with limited experience and competencies.
- Degree in a relevant subject (Architecture, Engineering, Property Studies, Construction Studies, Sustainable Development etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
- Independently carrying out project tasks to high levels of quality within set deadlines
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze sustainability-related data.
- Research and recommend sustainability best practices and solutions.
- Conduct building modelling and simulation to assess and validate building performance, including energy modelling, daylight and glare analysis etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sustainability initiatives.
