A family is looking for an AFRIKAANS AU PAIR for their daughter in Grade 2 and son aged 5 years old

Area: Montana Park

Ages: daughter in Grade 2 and son aged 5 years old

Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 13h00 – 17h00

School holiday hours: use the same number of hours we have but may structured differently like two full days instead of four afternoons

Duties: Collect from school, transport to and from extra murals, assist and supervise homework, assisting with general childcare, educational stimulation and anything childcare related, potentially assisting with dinner prep for the family, providing nutritious lunch for the kids.

Requirements: Female, Afrikaans speaking and a very safe driver. Willing to put a car seat in for the youngest (will be supplied by the client).

Start date: January 2026 start – permanent contract

Salary: R8000 - R8500 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

****Must have a clear criminal record

****Must have a passion for children

****Must have Matric

****Must have a South African ID document.
