Skills & Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating exquisite pastry dishes for both a la carte and banqueting services in a hotel setting.
Requirement: 3 – 5 years of experience and a formal pastry qualification
Involves designing innovative dessert menus, specializing in chocolate and sugar work.
The Pastry Chef will oversee the pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards, presentation, and consistency.
Strong leadership and creativity are essential
A deep understanding of pastry techniques is essential
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about culinary excellence
