Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Johannesburg for a Sales and Distribution Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, Building B2B for COIDA client base ,ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires meeting sales targets and effectively leading sales initiatives to drive organizational growth. Additional responsibilities include supporting the distribution network and providing guidance to team members in strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively and address their needs.
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • RE5 and RE1
  • Experience in Training and developing others, demonstrating professionalism and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting to achieve company objectives.
  • A relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial advisory or intermediary services will be an advantage.
