Are You Someone Who Can

  • Translate business needs into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity and work with data teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify trends, patterns, insights, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights.
  • Support operational teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

  • A degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of financial services or compliance environments (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
