Warehouse Supervisor and client liason – George, Western Cape

Location: George, Western Cape

Position Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and occasional Saturdays.

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in George. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse management, coordinate drivers, maintain accurate stock control, and provide excellent service to clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support drivers and packers.

Print invoices, pick stock accurately, and ensure vehicles are correctly loaded each morning.

Brief drivers on delivery instructions and routes for the day.

Liaise with head office regarding daily operations.

Collect stock from suppliers and manage warehouse storage efficiently.

Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory control.

Carry out additional warehouse-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.

Valid driver's licence held for at least 5 years.

Minimum educational requirements , grade 12, Tertiary qualification preferred.

Excellent command of English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Trustworthy, honest, and reliable — references will be checked.

Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve heavy lifting.

Positive, confident, and professional manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
