We are looking for a passionate IT technician (Junior) looking to kick-start their career in IT.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, organizing, and inventory management of IT equipment and components.
  • Perform routine checks and inspections of hardware to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain accurate records of stock levels and equipment locations.
  • Support in the preparation of IT equipment to various customers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware issues and coordinate with senior technicians for resolution.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and security guidelines.
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of computer systems and peripheral devices.
  • Provide general support in maintaining IT infrastructure within the warehouse
  • Safely transport goods to various locations.
  • Load and unload equipment with care.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed delivery and collection notes
