To provide support and technical advice where specialized knowledge is required to resolve problems, and enhance skill levels of customers and support staff

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Qualified Technician
  • Valid driver's licence

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5 Years related experience after qualification, including management exposure

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees
  • Training
  • Customer service
  • Reporting

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

  • Good knowledge of AFGRI's product range
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and job related programs)
  • Good verbal expression and communication skills
  • Coaching and training skills
