We are on the hunt for a Transaction Coordinator to join our client's team.

What you will be doing:

The role involves managing up to four real estate loan transactions simultaneously, ensuring all 100 checklist items are completed for each deal while serving as the main point of contact for lenders and their counsel. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of real estate or commercial transactions, to effectively track and process each deal within the designated budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track 100 checklists for up to 4 simultaneous loan deals, ensuring timely completion of each task. - Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders and their counsel throughout the transaction process. - Monitor and report on the transaction timelines weekly, facilitating communication and updates between all parties. - Utilise administrative skills and real estate knowledge to assist team members effectively, with a strong emphasis on communication.

Requirements:

Critical Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously and maintain accurate tracking of transaction checklists and timelines.

  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with lenders and their counsel, ensuring smooth transaction processes.

  • Familiarity with real estate and commercial knowledge to understand the context of transactions and assist effectively.

  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure all aspects of the checklist are completed accurately and on time.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve transaction goals.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software to create and manage checklists and track transaction timelines effectively.

  • Familiarity with financial software for budgeting and tracking loan deals

  • Knowledge of real estate or commercial software tools for managing and processing transactions and documentation.

  • Experience with communication tools for coordinating with lenders and legal counsel during the transaction process.

  • Ability to use spreadsheet applications for data tracking and reporting on deal progress and timelines.
