About the Role

We are seeking a qualified, experienced dentist who is comfortable working independently, managing a full patient load, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and able to integrate seamlessly into a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnostics, restorative, preventative, and emergency treatments
  • Develop and maintain strong patient relationships
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, oral hygienists, and practice management
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the practice's high standards of care

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, registered with the HPCSA
  • Strong clinical skills across general dentistry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working in a busy, growing practice
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
