Wealth Manager Administrator
to take full ownership of their growing investment and life administration book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to Wealth Managers
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
  • Coordinate account openings, investment transactions, and policy reviews
  • Handle scheduling, diary management, and travel arrangements
  • Respond timeously to client and internal queries
  • Apply regulatory knowledge (FICA/FAIS) in all operations
  • Assist with switches, top-ups, and preparation for client reviews

Requirements:

  • Matric with 2–4 years of investment admin or relevant financial services experience
  • Relevant BCom degree
  • Strong working knowledge of FICA and FSCA regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High attention to detail with a methodical work ethic
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Hybrid set-up (home and office)
