Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to provide administrative support within the HR department based in Iswepe, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing of HR-related tasks and maintain compliance with all company policies and regulations. This is a FTC position, with the possibility to become permanent. 

Responsibilities
  • Compile reports for labor statistics.

  • Maintain and update personal information and records for bargaining unit staff.

  • Assist with employee engagement and termination documentation.

  • Manage time and attendance records.

  • Ensure compliance with production and safety procedures.

  • Adhere to ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 with a pass in English and Core Mathematics.

  • HR Diploma/Degree or significant progress toward completion.

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an HR environment.

  • At least 12 months experience working with a time and attendance system.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft 365.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Strong communication skills in English and isiZulu.
