Position Summary

The Client Relationship & Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20+ clients. This role blends relationship management with strong project leadership — ensuring that every client feels supported, informed, and confident while every project stays on track and moves toward completion.

You'll thrive in this role if you're equal parts relationship-builder and problem-solver. You know how to earn client trust, keep complex projects organized, and push things forward even when obstacles arise. You understand when to involve clients in an issue — and when to quietly coordinate an internal fix to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, proactive communication, and reliability.Keep clients consistently updated on project progress, next steps, and expected timelines.Anticipate needs, set clear expectations, and communicate early when adjustments are needed.Represent the client's values of honesty, transparency, and care in every interaction.

Project Management & Execution

Manage multiple projects across different regulatory categories simultaneously.Drive projects from onboarding through completion — identifying bottlenecks and pushing for solutions.Coordinate internally with regulatory specialists and leadership to keep deliverables on schedule.Exercise sound judgment in communication — knowing when to escalate issues and when to resolve them internally.Maintain accurate, real-time records in the client portal and project tracking systems.

Sales & Growth Support

Participate in late-stage sales or handoff calls to ensure a smooth client transition.Identify opportunities for renewals, additional registrations, or reporting services.Support proposal preparation and renewal discussions as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

4–8 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management roles.Proven track record of managing complex, multi-step projects across several clients.Excellent communicator — clear, confident, and proactive.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.Skilled at problem-solving and prioritizing in fast-moving environments.Demonstrated judgment and discretion when handling client or internal issues.Experience in regulatory, technical, or compliance-focused industries preferred but not required.
