Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations

Lead and support teachers and staff in delivering our high-quality curriculum

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community

Manage budgets, enrollments, and administrative tasks efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and child development principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
