Job Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Engineer – Projects
to support the execution of railway and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring technical accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering work as per approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute site works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and construction teams to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and submit updates to project leadership.

Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety guidelines, and quality norms on site.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and contractual documents.

Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials effectively at site.

Assist in planning and sequencing of activities, allocation of manpower, and mobilization of resources.

Monitor productivity, resolve site issues, and raise RFIs or technical queries when required.

Support in billing, joint measurements, and quantity verifications.

Ensure documentation, inspection records, and handover protocols are followed diligently.

Qualifications
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Civil Engineering
or related field.

Minimum
4–7 years
of experience in
project execution
, preferably in
railway, metro, or infrastructure projects
.

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of civil execution works – track laying, structure works, stations, etc.

Familiar with Indian Railway standards, codes, and project execution protocols.

Hands-on experience in site planning, resource coordination, and subcontractor management.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Good communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in high-paced project environments.
