Role Description

To ensure new clients are successfully onboarded and actively using the Alchemi platform. This includes supporting hardware installations, configuring dashboards, training users, resolving issues, and driving adoption of new modules and features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients — from setup to first dashboards live.
  • Configure reporting (e.g. Power BI), check data flow, and ensure dashboards are meaningful.
  • Train operators, supervisors, and managers to use the platform effectively.
  • Track and follow up on feature adoption (e.g., issue tracking, scheduling, agent).
  • Provide basic support and escalate product or tech issues as needed.
  • Work closely with Eckard to shape the product based on customer feedback.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (more lines, more modules) and assist in sales pipeline.
  • Assist in site visits, installations, and user workshops.
  • Prepare short reports or insights from factory data to show value.

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/PowerBI experience ideal).
  • Interest in manufacturing, digitisation, and solving problems.
  • Fast learner with strong follow-through and communication.
  • Ability to work within a Team but also function independently
  • Professional Customer service skills
  • Organisation skills – able to prioritise and manage time well
