The role

We're looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Editor /Videographer based in Johannesburg who is eager to grow, passionate about storytelling, and skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects .

You'll work closely with the creative director and production team to:

Edit TV shows, promos and short-form content

Assist with channel branding and maintenance

Operate cameras and lighting setups in studio and on location

This role combines post-production editing and studio production , ideal for someone who loves both the creative and technical sides of television.

A showreel must be provided with your application for consideration.

Key responsibilities

Edit filmed content, TV shows and promos to brief and deadline

Record and edit voice-overs

Design and animate simple motion graphics (logo builds, lower thirds, etc.)

Prepare, transcode and export content to broadcast specifications

Maintain channel branding assets and updates

Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment in studio and on location

Assist with vision mixing during live productions

Collaborate creatively within a small, fast-paced team

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Working knowledge of Photoshop

Basic camera operation skills

Creative thinker with attention to detail

Excellent time management and teamwork

Added advantage

Experience with Illustrator, Blender or graphic design

Vision mixing experience

Knowledge of broadcast formats and delivery standards

Mac OS familiarity
