About the Role

Were seeking a CIMA-qualified Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate, compliant reporting across multiple entities or clients.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial insight, capable of translating numbers into meaningful business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and ensure timely month-end close.
  • Review and oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll entries.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Provide financial performance analysis and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal control frameworks and financial policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize accounting processes and data integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CIMA qualification (ACMA/CGMA) essential.
  • 3-6 years experience in accounting, financial analysis, or management reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite (and advanced Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international clients (U.S./U.K.) preferred.
