Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving customers and taking customer orders – knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly manner
• Ensuring customers are satisfied
• Give customer receipt
• Printing labels for products
• Efficiently pack all products in correct packaging and according to specs
• Give customers food items
• Follow production plan
• Displaying goods are per merchandising standards and ensure display is always filled
• Operating scale machine and slicer
• Traceability
• Stock take and checks and monitoring
• Inform supervisor of low stock
• Replenishing stock
• In store promotions (advertising and pricing)
• Check sell by dates and expiry dates
• Control waste product
• House keeping
• Quality control & hygiene
• Adhere to SOP's as well as health and safety procedures
• Personal hygiene
• Clean as you go and counter are to be cleaned
• Wearing of correct uniform
• Correct cleaning equipment to be used
