We are seeking a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, source top talent, and close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the thrill of making placements, this role is for you We need a confident, ambitious consultant who can own the full 360 function and grow their desk.

In this role you will:
Hunt for new business and grow your client base
Source top candidates and manage the full recruitment process
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Negotiate, close deals, and celebrate those wins

You'll be great at this if you:
Have experience in recruitment or sales
Enjoy targets and earning commission
Communicate exceptionally well
Are self-motivated and competitive in all the right ways
