About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Proposal Manager
to lead the end-to-end proposal process for our Transaction Banking Sales teams. In this role, you will manage the creation and delivery of persuasive, professional proposals and presentations that align with our winning strategies and meet client requirements. This is a high-impact, collaborative position requiring strong project management, communication, and content development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle, from evaluation and kickoff through refinement and final submission.
  • Handle multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery to meet client deadlines.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with win themes.
  • Coordinate input from Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive proposals.
  • Maintain and improve proposal content libraries, templates, and internal resources.
  • Implement and uphold proposal procedures, processes, and company branding standards.
  • Coach sales teams and subject matter experts on proposal best practices.
  • Contribute to departmental projects aimed at enhancing proposal efficiency and quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with proposal development, RFP processes, and content management tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with financial services, particularly Transaction Banking, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with proposal software is a bonus.
