1. JOB PURPOSE

The Process Engineer plays a critical role in shaping how the organisation operates by identifying, analysing, optimising, maintaining, and automating processes ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals, deliver value to customers, adapt to evolving demands and drive operational efficiency. Through close collaboration with the business architecture team, the process engineer will enable interconnected views to bridge the gap between stakeholders, business owners, operational and implementation teams providing a way to visually communicate and understand the complexities of a business in a structured and designed format and ensuring processes are scalable, measurable, and resilient to change.

2. Primarily office based or remote work. Occasional in person events or meetings may require travel

7. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent/similar degree
